Red Stamp Media · Lead Engine

You're good at the work. That's never been the problem.

Nobody in your service area knows you exist — and the page you send them to doesn't close. We build lead machines service businesses actually own, and we don't bill you for managing it until it's proven.

02 / The problem

Referrals built your business. They can't grow it.

Word of mouth is the best marketing there is. It's also the only kind you can't turn up when you need it — and it goes quiet in exactly the months you need it loudest.

  1. of small businesses say referrals are their top source of new customers — up from 65% the year before. You're not doing it wrong. You're doing what almost everyone does. That's the problem: there's no lever to pull when it slows down.

Source: LocaliQ 2026 small business marketing trends report.

  2. of small business owners aren't sure their current marketing is actually working. Not "it isn't working" — they can't tell. Money goes out, some months are good, and nobody can draw the line between the two.

Source: Constant Contact, Small Business Now report.

  3. is what one shared lead costs on Angi or Thumbtack — the escape hatch most owners try. It goes to 3–8 contractors at the same time. You're not buying a customer. You're buying a race, and you're paying for the four that said no.

Source: Angi and Thumbtack published lead pricing and contractor distribution ranges.

Your competitor running three trucks isn't better at the work than you. He just knows what a customer costs him — so he can decide to buy more of them. That's not talent. That's a system.

We build yours.

03 / The cost of being second

Second place gets nothing.

When someone needs something fixed, handled, or treated, they don't build a shortlist. They reach out to two or three and go with whoever answers first. Every hour a lead sits, someone else is closing it.

04 / How it works

Three steps. You see the numbers at every one.

  1. 01

    Build

    7–10 days

We write and build your landing page, wire up call, text and form tracking, and open a Google Ads account in your name. You review it before anything goes live.

  2. 02

    Prove

    30 days

We run the campaign for a month with no management invoice up front. You pay Google directly for ad spend, on your own card, and we work against the numbers we agreed on before we started.

  3. 03

    Scale

    Month 2 forward

You look at the scoreboard. If month one hit your numbers, we invoice that first month and keep going at $1,750/month. Month to month. No annual contract.

05 / The Scoreboard

Run your own numbers before you talk to anyone.

Four questions. No guessing about close rates or lead costs — we handle those.

This sets the lead cost benchmark we start from.

Your average ticket. Not your best month — a normal one.

Not a prediction. Just the number that would make you happy.

Seven in ten people who arrived from the ads actually did something. Ad traffic outperformed the site's own baseline.

Then we found the leak.

Their booking form routes out to a third-party CRM and back. That round trip opens a brand-new session — and Google Analytics loses the original source, quietly re-labeling paid leads as "Organic" or "Direct."

Google Ads tracks the click itself, so it never lost them. Analytics was handing credit for ad-driven leads to other channels. Organic and Direct were taking a bow for work the ads did.

We caught it, documented it, and fixed the tracking. Most agencies would have reported the Analytics number and moved on.

That's the difference between running ads and measuring them.

Get a plan like this for your business

Source: Google Ads and Google Analytics 4, The Dojo account. April 1 – August 6, 2026. USD. Google Ads uses click (gclid) tracking; GA4 uses session attribution.

The Dojo is a membership business — a trial-class lead that converts is worth a recurring monthly payment, not a one-time job. And because their booking form broke attribution at the CRM step, $66 is the verified ceiling on cost per lead, not the real one. The true cost was almost certainly lower.

07 / The landing page

You're already looking at one.

This isn't a brochure about landing pages. It is one. Every claim below is something you can check by scrolling back up.

CRO — conversion rate optimization — is the unglamorous part nobody sells you. It's not how the page looks. It's whether the person who lands on it does the one thing you need them to do. Traffic without it is just an expensive way to be ignored.

09 / Risk reversal

Here's exactly what's on the table.

What you risk

  • The $1,500 build, paid once, upfront.
  • Your own ad spend, charged by Google to your own card.
  • The month-one management fee — only if we hit the numbers we agreed on. Miss them, it's $0.

What you keep either way

  • The landing page — yours, permanently.
  • The Google Ads account, in your name.
  • The tracking setup: calls, texts, forms, all of it.
  • The data — every keyword, cost and conversion we recorded.

It's not about your field. It's about your situation.

Plumbers. Electricians. Landscapers. Roofers. Painters. HVAC. Lawyers. Dentists. Physical therapists. Chiropractors. Med spas. Veterinarians. Movers. Pest control. Cleaners. Tree services. Garage doors. Pool service. Locksmiths. Accountants. Remodelers. — and every other service business where somebody in your zip code is typing what you do into Google right now.

This is for you if

  • You run a service business, whatever the field.
  • You have a service area you cover.
  • You have a phone that rings and somebody to answer it.
  • You have room to take on more work, and a customer is worth $1,000 or more.

This is not for you if

  • You've already decided how it should be done. Tell us everything you know about your customers — nobody knows them better than you. But the method is ours, and we're the ones carrying the first month. If what you want is someone to build exactly what you sketched, we're the wrong shop.
  • You have no way to follow up on a lead. If leads land in an inbox nobody checks, or a voicemail nobody returns, ads just make the problem more expensive. This is the one item on this list we can actually fix for you — we build the AI follow-up and the CRM that handles it. See how
  • You can't take on more work right now.
  • You're shopping for the cheapest option.

13 / Speed to lead

AI that answers in 60 seconds.

This is the piece that finishes the job — and the only piece that isn't part of the $1,500 build. A lead comes in and an AI automation texts them back, asks the qualifying questions you'd ask, and books the appointment — at 9pm, on a Sunday, while you're on a jobsite, in court, or with a patient.

It can hand off to your CRM or drop the appointment straight on your calendar. You read the transcript in the morning.

AI automation is scoped and quoted separately. What it costs depends on what you need it to do: how many channels, what it asks, what it connects to. We price it on the call once we know. The $1,500 covers your landing page; the monthly fee covers Google Ads management.

14 / FAQ

Straight answers.

Why do I pay for the landing page upfront?

Because it's a real build, and because it's yours. You own the page, the copy, the tracking and the files whether you keep working with us for ten years or thirty days. We don't rent you a page and hold it hostage — we build it, you pay for it once, you keep it.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. It's opened in your name, on your billing, with your card paying Google directly. We get manager access. If we part ways, we drop access and you keep every campaign, keyword and conversion record in it.

What if month one doesn't work?

You owe us nothing for management. Zero. We agreed on the numbers before we spent a dollar, so there's no argument about what "working" meant. You keep the landing page, the ads account and all the data we collected.

How much should I budget for ads?

Most local service businesses start between $1,500 and $3,000 a month in ad spend. The right number depends on what a customer is worth to you and how many you can actually take on. We'll figure out the floor on the call — spending too little is the fastest way to waste a month.

How is this different from Angi or Thumbtack?

There you rent a lead that three to eight other contractors bought at the same time, so you compete on price before you say hello. Here, someone searches for your service, lands on your page, and calls you. One business. One phone number. Yours.

How fast can we launch?

Seven to ten days from the discovery call in most cases. The build is fast; the part that takes time is getting your real numbers, service area and service types right before we spend money.

Do you work with businesses in my area?

Yes. We work with service businesses across the US, and every campaign is built around your own service area. You can call or WhatsApp us directly at +506 8822 4320.

15 / The call

  • You tell us about your business. What you do, where you work, what a new customer is actually worth to you.
  • He walks you through how the offer works. What the $1,500 covers, why month-one Google Ads management is billed only if we hit the numbers we agreed on in writing, and exactly what has to happen for you to pay for it.
  • You get a straight answer. Whether paid search can work for your trade in your area, and what it would take. If it's not a fit, we'll say so on the call.

Thirty minutes. No deck, no follow-up sequence. You leave knowing your numbers either way.
